All Duncan Roberts engineers go through 3 stages of interviews, assessments and tests before they are shortlisted for a final interview to reserve their space.
Only the top 5% are offered a permanent contract.
Each engineer maintains strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates high ability at tackling complex problems.

Daily timesheets and a comprehensive report extracted from our activity tracking system. The daily report facilitates better productivity and optimises time management simply by showing the breakdown of accomplishments within the day (e.g.; number of hours on calls, meetings, coding, testing, email-checking, coffee breaks, etc.). The detailed daily insights are automatically registered when the engineers log in and out of the system at the start/end time of work. The accumulated data are reflected in the Monthly and Annual stats for strategic planning purposes.
